Paying by Internet banking

Pop onto your bank's Internet banking page and either make a one-off payment, or schedule an automatic payment.

The instructions on how to do this for each bank is below. All of these banks have made sure that 2degrees (Two Degrees) payments can be made from their Internet banking systems.

Select your bank below to get detailed instructions on how to make a payment via online banking. You'll only need to do this once and then you'll be set up for future payments. Please use your account number (this can be found on the top section of your bill), where you're asked to enter the particulars or reference number. When searching for our company name, please search for Two Degrees.

You’ll need to make sure you have the right permission to make mobile bill payments. To find out more about your permissions you can call Care on 200.

ANZ online banking

Follow these instructions to pay by Internet banking with ANZ.

  1. Log in to ANZ online banking
  2. Select PAYMENTS
  3. Select ADD A NEW PAYEE
  4. Type Two Degrees in the Find Payee box and select Search
  5. Select Two Degrees Mobile Limited
  6. Tell us who you are by entering your mobile number, name and account number on the Statement Details page. All this information is on your bill
  7. Select Next
  8. Double check the details and select Save Payee

ASB online banking

Follow these instructions to pay by Internet banking with ASB.

  1. Log in to ASB online banking
  2. Select Payments
  3. Select Bill Payments
  4. Select New Bill Payee
  5. Select Create a New Payee
  6. Type Two Degrees in the box and selectSearch
  7. Select TWO DEGREES MOBILE LIMITED (which should be showing at the top of the screen)
  8. Tell us who you are by entering your mobile number, account name and account number on the Statement Details page. All this information is on your bill. Note: the mobile number requires an extra 0 at the start and your account number needs an extra six 0's at the start
  9. Type in your Fastnet Password to verify the payment and select Submit

BNZ online banking

Follow these instructions to pay by Internet banking with BNZ.

  1. Log in to BNZ online banking
  2. Select Transfer / Pay
  3. Select Add a New Payee
  4. Select Search for a company name to set up as a payee, e.g. to pay household bills or credit cards'
  5. Select Next
  6. Enter Two Degrees in the Company Name box
  7. Select Two Degrees Mobile Limited
  8. Select Next
  9. Tell us who you are by entering your mobile number, name and account number on the Details page. All this information is on your bill
  10. Select Next
  11. Double check and confirm the Payee Details
  12. Click Submit

HSBC online banking

Follow these instructions to pay by Internet banking with HSBC.

  1. Log in to HSBC online banking
  2. Select Pay Bills
  3. Select Add a Payee
  4. Type Two Degrees Mobile Limited into the box on the Add a Payee page
  5. Select Search
  6. TWO DEGREES MOBILE LIMITEDshould appear with its button highlighted. Double click our name to continue

Kiwibank online banking

Follow these instructions to pay by Internet banking with Kiwibank.

  1. Log in to Kiwibank online banking
  2. Select Pay & Transfer
  3. Select Pay a Bill
  4. Search for Two Degrees as a biller
  5. Select TWO DEGREES MOBILE LIMITED
  6. Choose the account you wish to pay from, the amount and the date of payment. Select one-off payment if you are just paying a single month's bill
  7. Choose how you want the payment to appear on your statement
  8. Tell us who you are in the On their statement line. The boxes will prompt you to enter your mobile number, name and account number here. All this information is on your bill
  9. Select Next page
  10. Select Make payment. You will be shown a receipt screen so you can see the payment has been successful

Westpac online banking

Follow these instructions to pay by Internet banking with Westpac.

  1. Log in to Westpac online banking
  2. Select Transfer Money / Pay Anyone
  3. Select Set up & save someone new to pay
  4. Type Two Degrees in the box under 'or' and select Next Step
  5. Select Two Degrees Mobile Ltd
  6. Select Next Step
  7. Enter your 2degrees Mobile number, initial and name, and your account number from your bill
