Our Plans have some exciting features and a user-friendly online sign-up process. Here's some important stuff you should know.

How do Carryover Minutes and Carryover Data work?

Your unused Carryover minutes and data in any month will be carried over to the following months for up to a year. Carryover minutes and Carryover data from a previous month are used before your new monthly allocation of Plan minutes and data. You can see your remaining balances at any time, just login to Your 2degrees.

If I use up all of my included minutes or texts, and any Carryover Minutes or Data, what will I be charged?

As soon as all your included minutes are used up you’ll return to our standard calling rates. Your standard rates will depend on which Plan you are on. If you want to continue getting best value, you can buy an Add-on to get you through the rest of the month or boost your balances each month. When you use up all your data, you will not be able to use data at a casual per MB rate but will need to buy a Data Pack to stay connected to the internet, or wait for your next monthly plan allocation. What if I want to use data?

2degrees gives you lots of ways to get great value Mobile Data. With our NZ Data Packs and NZ Carryover Data Plans, you can get connected across our entire Network, which covers 98.5% of the places Kiwis live and work.

How do I view my account details and usage?

You can see your usage and remaining balances at any time by logging in to Your 2degrees or dial ‘*100*4#’ from your 2degrees mobile and follow the on-screen prompts.

How will I know when my included minutes, texts and data are topped up again?

Your included minutes, texts and data get topped up on the same day each month for you – and we carryover any unused minutes and data. This is the day that we email you your bill. To see this date just login to Your 2degrees.
