On August 11 from 10pm – 4am and August 13 from 5am – 1pm our partners are doing necessary planned maintenance on our network. This could potentially impact and slow your mobile and broadband internet services and we’ve tried to keep disruption to a minimum. We apologise in advance for any issues and thank you for your understanding


We have some maintenance planned on the 2degrees network on Tuesday, 11th August.


On Tuesday morning between 01:00 AM and 03:00 AM, customers will be unable to top up, buy value packs, alter spend limits, use the Online Shop, access Your 2degrees, use the 2degrees Mobile App, use self-service, make Google Play transactions and make payments
through any channel.


We do understand this will be inconvenient for some people. For that, we apologize in advance and thank you for your patience.
